1. How can I earn points?
You can earn 3 points for each dollar spent on eligible items.
You can earn 500 bonus points when it's your birthday! Can only be earned once per year.
By referring a friend, you can both earn 250 bonus points after they place an order.

You will earn points on qualifying items and actions that involve a transaction only when your order has been paid. Your Profile will subsequently be updated to reflect your new points balance.
2. How can I redeem points?
You can redeem points by applying it to your cart on eligible items. When redeeming, 1 point equal 0.01 dollars.
3. What is the High Society ?
It is our way of making sure you are treated like a VIP. Earn points on actions, redeem your points on items and level up your status to unlock more perks!
4. Who is eligible to join?
Membership is free to legal residents 19 years of age and older. Additional restrictions may apply. Residents 19 & older are eligible to join as long as they have completed the sign-up process.
5. How do I join?
Joining is simple. Just click on this link to complete your sign-up process. You must sign-up with an email address that is unique to you and can only have one active Membership account associated with it.
6. When do my points expire?
Points are eligible to expire as per High Society specific policy. Unless stated otherwise, there are no expiration dates on current rewards.[Future we will add it here if they expire]

9. How can I redeem my rewards?
Rewards may be combined and are redeemable at all participating High Society stores and online on products and apparel, except when noted. Rewards have no cash value and may not be used toward the purchase of a gift card.
10. How can I opt out of marketing communications or cancel my membership?
You can opt out of marketing communication or cancel your membership in your account settings or through a budtender in store. Contact our store with any issues with your Membership program
